Leases are available for a Northport office building just steps from Northport Harbor.
The Lewis Building, at 39 Main St., has a lease for 1,516 square feet of space on the first floor, and another on the second floor of 1,250-3,500 square feet.
Both leases run for three years.
The first floor has space for 4 to 13 people; three private offices, with central air and heating.
The second suite has a mostly open floor plan layout, with space for four to 28 people and 13 private offices.
It also has a kitchen. The spaces are $25 a square foot.
The building, on the corner of Main and Bayview Avenue, was built in 1960.
